Como Mudar o Spawn de uma Org.
1º Procure no GameMode Por:
public SetPlayerSpawn(playerid)

Desça um poco o GameMode e terá algo parecido com isso:

2º Na linha que está escrito:
SetPlayerPos(playerid, 286.3543,-1513.8691,24.9289); // Aqui você troca a coordenada pela qual você deseja.
Ex:
286.3543,-1513.8691,24.9289
Você troca o spawn pra onde você quer que seja.
Obs: Para pega a coordenada, Digite "/save HTS" no local.
Depois vá na pasta "Meus Documentos >> GTA San Andreas User Files >> SAMP >> savedpositions"
No arquivo savedepositions estará a coordenada do local que você salvou.
EX:
AddPlayerClass(217,-1986.2544,138.3288,27.6875,86.8541,0,0,0,0,0,0); // HTS
-1986.2544,138.3288,27.6875 ( Essa é a coordenada do Spawn ).
86.8541 ( Esse é o Angulo, Mas não é preciso ).
Troque pela qual você quiser e compile o GameMode apertando "F5".

[CoD] --> Como Mudar a Placa Do Veiculo

Hoje vo encinar como alterar a placa de um determinado veiculo no SA-MP 0.3c.

A fução usada é a: SetVehicleNumberPlate

Como alterar a placa usando essa função?

Vá no final de OnGameModeInit em cima do return e digite a seguinte função:

SetVehicleNumberPlate(ID, "PLACA");

Agora altere o ID para o ID do veiculo que você deseja alterar a placa e depois PLACA para a placa que você deseja usar.

Exemplo: SetVehicleNumberPlate(1, "HRTW - 689");

No exemplo acima ele dará a placa HRTW - 689 para o veiculo de id 1.

Você pode fazer assim também:

SetVehicleNumberPlate(CreateVehicle(modelo, x, y, z, ângulo, cor1, cor2, -1), "Placa");

Exemplo: SetVehicleNumberPlate(CreateVehicle(522, 100.0, 200.0, 4.0, 0, 0, 0, -1), "Ns- 100");

Assim ele ja criará um veiculo no local especifico com a placa especifica.
